"The human figure is a complex construction compose of a rigid frame overlaid with soft, rounded, elongated muscles." Kit White

I visited a Pediatric Orthopedics clinic of a well known surgeon who tries to help reduce gravity and dystonic consequences on the body of young children with cerebral palsy.  It was interesting to discuss with him the Posture Care, a physical therapy via therapeutic positioning approach.  It was important for me to learn from him more about his paradigm to achieve an improved muscle elongation via invasive surgery and/or injections.

This quote in the case of children and adult with disabilities should be altered to this:

"The human figure is a complex construction compose of a rigid frame overlaid with STIFFEND, SOMETIME NOT SO rounded, SHORTENED muscles."

Modified in this case from the original Kit White Quote
