About & my mission

I am a PT (Physical Therapist) with PhD in the field of pathokinesiolgy (abnormality in movement) from NYU. I am an advanced practitioner of Iyengar yoga. who discovered a fascinating world of knowledge that allows me to integrate yoga positioning, postures, breathing and some other principles into my physical therapy approach. My expertise is in posture and my focus is on way to help people with disabilities prevent distortions, and restore good posture. I am certified in Level 4 Postural Care training in the UK, which added an additional perceptive to my Therapeutic Positioning knowledge. I hope to my knowledge via e-mail, workshops and direct communication.
